AC Custom Reno is based in Orangeville, owned and operated by AJ Cappuccitti. Grand Valley is a short drive west of us, about 20 minutes. That's close enough to keep a crew on site every day and to come back quickly if something needs attention after the project wraps up.
Grand Valley sits along the Grand River, and the housing reflects a town that's been around a long time and is still growing. Older homes in the core often come with original framing, older wiring and plumbing that need attention once walls are open. Newer builds on the edges of town usually need finishing work, like a basement, or upgrades to builder-grade kitchens and baths. Properties near the river can also come with conservation authority rules worth checking early.
Permits for Grand Valley projects are pulled through the Township of East Luther Grand Valley building department. We handle the drawings, application and inspections so you don't have to.
