AJ Cappuccitti - husband, friend, father of two and the face behind AC Custom Reno. Those who know AJ, know that his dedication to excellence is second to none. He takes great pride in every project he takes on and is never one to turn down a challenge. You just can’t help but like him.

AJ works closely with his clients to ensure that their needs and wishes are completed professionally, on time and with a personal touch.

A Mission Statement is something which we believe in and strive to accomplish everyday. We have structured it in a way which is unobtainable as an end goal. It is a value which we need to show up everyday and work to reach. Make every decision based off this!

Make your conversations impactful, informative and productive. Be sure to ensure all parties are understanding your communications. Having all member on the same page is key to success so we work in uniform. Respect your superiors as much as you respect your subordinates. Direction from above is just as important as the way you communicate to lead. With third parties within our projects and contracts, as we are mainly a sub based company, they are just as important as within our team.
